YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:
The exclusive opportunity to hold your wedding ceremony in Reynolda Gardens along with full day access to The Barn at Reynolda Village from 9:00 am - midnight.
Spaces inside The Barn include The Silo, The Foyer, The Wexford Room, The Meridale Room, a professional catering kitchen on the main level, and two private dressing rooms upstairs.
Reception only option also available - see below.
Access to Reynolda Gardens and the grounds of the Reynolda House Museum of American Art for a professional portrait session and professional photography on your wedding day.
Note: access to the museum’s interior is not included and some blackout dates/times may apply.

We will discount peak season weekend package rates by $800.
Reynolda gardens Ceremony only
The use of Reynolda Gardens for a wedding ceremony is an exclusive benefit for those who book our full day package. Reynolda Gardens are not available independent of The Barn.
We do present the option to book the full day package (discounted) and take advantage of the Barn’s dressing rooms and the Gardens for your ceremony, with the interior of The Barn reserved as an inclement weather space for the ceremony.
The rental rate for any event held on New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve is $7,900.00.
These rates are valid through 2026.

Policies
catering
We require that you work with one of our approved professional caterer and/or bartending service partners to handle all food and beverage service. A catering fee equal to 6% of your food and beverage invoice is due to The Barn at Reynolda Village.
payments
A 50% deposit is due with a signed contract, as well as your $500 refundable damage deposit. The final 50% is due 45 days prior to your wedding date. Any optional upgrades or necessary additions will be invoiced separately prior to the event.
decor
Other than tables/chairs and the bar, The Barn does not provide any decorative items. You will need to make arrangements for table linens and all other decor. Nothing may be permanently affixed to the walls. Candles enclosed in glass are permitted.
vendor policy
Aside from our catering requirement, you may work with any professional vendors of your choice. All wedding vendors will be required to provide proof of insurance prior to the wedding day.
bridal portrait/engagement session
As a benefit of your booking, you are welcome to schedule a professional portrait session in Reynolda Gardens and/or around the exterior grounds of the Reynolda House Museum of American Art. You and your photographer will also have access to these areas on your wedding day. Sessions must be scheduled in advance to ensure they do not conflict with official Reynolda Historic District events.
wedding coordinator
The Barn at Reynolda Village requires you to procure a wedding coordinator. Please be aware that the Barn’s operations team cannot be responsible for any planning or coordination beyond the logistics associated with providing the venue for your wedding day.
